Haters be damned.
OK, so Polyphony Digital took almost 6 years to make this game. Sure, we've seen 3 Forza Motorsports games since the release of Gran Turismo 4. And yes, maybe they should have spent a little less time ensuring that the windscreen wipers on each car matched the exact timing of their real life counterparts, and more time working on their user interface. But the first time you pull off a perfect twin hairpin turn in a four hundred horsepower, rear wheel drive sports car, feeling the tail end slide ever-so-slightly as you pound the accelerator out of the apex, you'll forget all about those issues.
I'm not a 'car guy'. I don't watch racing on TV, for fear of slipping into a boredom induced coma. But for some reason I am addicted to this game. I guess they did something right after all.
